Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will operate under limited supervision to ensure the development of solutions that align with our long-term strategic goals and support the operational needs of our business platform. You will engage with both business partners and stakeholders to assess requirements and craft solutions that are effective in both the short and long term. Your technical and architectural leadership will be pivotal in managing the design of various SAP and legacy systems as part of a significant business transformation initiative. You will spearhead decision-making for all SAP technology workstreams, collaborating closely with consultants and vendors to optimize an array of systems including S/4 HANA, EWM, TM, IBP, and C/4 suite, ensuring adherence to best practices and peak performance. Your hands-on approach will allow you to provide active guidance and maintain quality across the SAP program, establishing yourself as a thought leader in technical deployment aspects. You will manage all SAP architecture-related workstreams, covering infrastructure, integration, security, analytics, and more, while reducing project risks through meticulous solution mapping and sharing implementation best practices. Establishing rapport with key stakeholders, you will leverage your interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and effectively negotiate with both business and technical groups. Your ability to identify opportunities and risks will contribute to the alignment of strategic outcomes, enhancing our execution capabilities.

As an SAP Solutions Architect, you will have a range of responsibilities that include managing solution designs, ensuring technical leadership, and overseeing the integration of various systems.:

Lead the architectural design for SAP and legacy systems;; Collaborate with external vendors and consultants;; Develop and manage SAP architecture-related workstreams;; Provide hands-on guidance and quality checks for SAP programs;; Identify and mitigate project risks through careful planning;; Build relationships with business stakeholders and negotiate effectively;; Assess opportunities and risks in alignment with strategic outcomes

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP applications deployment and management in large enterprises
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Digital Supply Chain
• Broad knowledge in digital sales and marketing, digital supply chain, finance, and more
