This team is expanding with individuals who are eager to develop and enhance technologies that positively impact our community's everyday lives. As a software engineer, you will collaborate with various teams, including product management, data science, analytics, and operations, to create code that enables rapid iterations while focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both passengers and drivers. In this role, you will lead several initiatives aimed at improving the rideshare experience for drivers. You will concentrate on creating incentives for drivers to choose our platform by developing unique pay products and features that address drivers' primary concern - their earnings. You will work closely with various teams across the organization, promoting collaboration and driving innovation to boost the adoption and utilization of our services.

As a critical member of the Driver Earnings Team, you will be responsible for various tasks that enhance driver earnings and experiences.:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operational teams to develop infrastructure and products related to driver earnings.;; Design and analyze experiments, communicate findings, and make informed decisions regarding product launches.;; Ensure that earnings-related data is accessible and applicable across different systems in partnership with teams in Driver Experience and Marketplace.
