Key Responsibilities
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and evolving our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across our systems.
- Oversee and enhance our AWS environment, including EC2, RDS, and S3
- Manage and optimize web server configurations using nginx on Ubuntu
- Operate and set up Cloudflare for enhanced DNS, CDN, and security services
- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Collaborate with the PHP/Laravel development team to streamline workflows
- Maintain high availability and performance in both staging and production environments
- Establish and manage monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Implement security best practices across web applications and infrastructure
- Continuously refine CI/CD pipelines for efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructures, ideally AWS
- Strong Linux system administration skills, particularly with Ubuntu
- Solid knowledge of nginx and its functionalities
- Experience with Cloudflare services
- Familiarity with PHP and Laravel environments is advantageous
- Understanding of CI/CD practices, monitoring, and automation techniques
- Basic knowledge of IT security principles
