We are on a mission to enhance the efficiency and collaboration of BIM processes, and we seek a talented DevOps & Security Engineer to help us achieve this goal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our DevOps strategy, emphasizing both hands-on implementation and strategic foresight. You will be responsible for integrating security practices into our development lifecycle, ensuring our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure, while also enabling our engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions swiftly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include executing and refining our DevOps strategy, integrating security principles into all stages of development, and managing our full infrastructure stack.
- Implement the DevOps strategy for improved collaboration and efficiency
- Embed DevSecOps principles throughout the development process
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of the infrastructure, including servers and cloud environments
- Design and automate CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity
- Utilize Terraform for scalable infrastructure management
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure operational reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives

- Solid understanding of Linux systems administration
- Expertise in Docker and container management
- Hands-on experience with AWS core services
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience deploying modern web applications via Vercel
- Advanced skills in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Proficient in Git and GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management
