DevOps Cloud Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Cloud Administrator to join our dynamic team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our LAMP server environment, ensuring stability and security. You will actively develop our modern cloud infrastructure and manage containerized applications using Docker to ensure reliable and scalable operations. Your expertise will also extend to hosting and optimizing performance for our web and database servers, particularly in PHP and MySQL environments. You will have the opportunity to integrate additional services such as Elasticsearch and Redis to enhance system performance. Your contributions will be vital in exciting infrastructure projects, including monitoring tools, and you will be responsible for automating processes, overseeing deployments, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI and Jenkins. This role offers a unique chance to modernize existing systems and implement new technologies, making a real impact within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a DevOps Cloud Administrator, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities to ensure our infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain LAMP servers for stable and secure operations
- Develop and enhance cloud infrastructure and containerized applications
- Optimize performance for web and database servers, especially with PHP and MySQL
- Integrate and operate additional services to improve system capabilities
- Collaborate on infrastructure projects including monitoring solutions
- Automate processes, oversee deployments, and enhance CI/CD workflows

- Strong knowledge of Linux systems
- Experience with Docker and container technologies
- Deep understanding of web and database server hosting and optimization
- Proficiency with LAMP stack components
