Key Responsibilities
As a DevOps Engineer, you will manage and oversee software solutions, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. You will engage with various stakeholders, providing support and guidance while working on complex technical issues.
- Manage UNIX and/or Windows-based application support
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal departments regarding licensing, user management, and operational monitoring
- Ensure operational readiness and system availability
- Conduct error analysis and optimize system performance
