Key Responsibilities
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be tasked with ensuring the reliability and performance of banking applications, managing infrastructure, and providing critical production support.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of Mobile Banking and Internet Banking applications using Prometheus and Grafana
- Manage OpenShift/Kubernetes infrastructure for containerized applications on on-premise servers
- Respond to and resolve production incidents, minimizing mean time to resolution
- Implement centralized logging solutions using the ELK Stack for troubleshooting
- Develop runbooks and automation scripts to streamline operations
- Provide 24/7 production support and participate in on-call rotations
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify bottlenecks and reliability issues
- Conduct root cause analysis on incidents and implement preventive measures
- Optimize Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments and resource management
- Implement security best practices for financial systems in containerized environments
- Manage on-premise data center infrastructure and server resources
- Document operational procedures and create knowledge base articles
