Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled IT Cybersecurity Analyst to play a crucial role in our organization. The successful candidate will possess substantial hands-on experience with various cybersecurity tools, including CrowdStrike, Cylance, Tenable, Rapid7, and Mimecast. This position requires the ability to continuously monitor our IT operations for vulnerabilities, respond swiftly to security incidents, and provide actionable recommendations for remediation. The ideal candidate will also have experience collaborating with third-party Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to enhance our security posture. Additionally, this role involves maintaining an up-to-date Incident Response Plan, conducting root cause analyses for security incidents, and proactively searching for potential threats using Computer Network Defense tools. Your expertise will be essential in conducting network penetration testing, generating detailed security reports, and collaborating with other teams to secure our systems and applications.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and managing various cybersecurity tools to safeguard our organization. Your primary duties will include::
- Setting up and maintaining cybersecurity monitoring operations in collaboration with external Managed Security Services Providers.;; Investigating and analyzing security incidents, escalating and coordinating response efforts as necessary.;; Conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.;; Generating comprehensive reports on security assessments and incidents, and tracking relevant cybersecurity metrics.;; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure system, network, and application architectures.;; Reviewing the cybersecurity program with Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with best practices.;; Developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures.;; Promoting a culture of cybersecurity awareness within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience with tools such as CrowdStrike, Cylance, Tenable, Rapid7, and Mimecast.
- Hands-on experience with network penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, system vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Experience analyzing log files and correlating security-related events.
- Familiarity with NIST Framework is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
