Job Description:
- Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the cyber security landscape at a leading gaming studio? As our Cyber Security Manager, you will play a crucial part in developing a global IT function that aligns with the strategic goals of Toca Boca and its sister studios. Located in the vibrant city of Stockholm, you will ensure that our IT department operates smoothly while prioritizing cyber security and app development. This role involves planning, coordinating, directing, and designing IT-related activities as part of our global IT organization, specifically focusing on the EMEA region and Digital Games environments. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify, recommend, and implement secure technology solutions that support all facets of the organization. Moreover, you will be responsible for defining and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and best practices that center on cyber security, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry standards.

As the Cyber Security Manager, you will lead the EMEA Cyber Security initiatives and strategic planning, ensuring that projects are innovative and resources are managed effectively. Your role encompasses overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity measures. You will manage relationships with Managed Service Providers, serve as the escalation point for security alerts, and enforce compliance with corporate security policies.:
- Conduct IT audits and manage cyber incident responses;; Define secure system requirements for technology implementations;; Stay updated with the latest technologies and oversee related projects;; Enhance communication with peers and business units regarding IT goals;; Analyze and improve IT infrastructure with a focus on cybersecurity;; Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT initiatives;; Implement policies and procedures for IT architecture, security, and disaster recovery;; Negotiate and manage vendor contracts while ensuring compliance
