Job Description:

    We are looking for a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to join our innovative team in the Berlin Metropolitan Area. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of developing, implementing, and managing robust security policies and processes designed to protect our organization and clients from evolving cyber threats. You will collaborate with global teams, leveraging your expertise across various information security domains while ensuring compliance with pertinent regulations and frameworks. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for security and a proactive approach to risk management.

As a Cyber Security Manager, your key responsibilities will include the following::

    Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures;; Provide expert knowledge in Application and Infrastructure Security, Identity and Access Management, and Incident Management;; Lead and coordinate virtual teams to drive security initiatives across the organization;; Ensure compliance with GDPR, German data security standards, and international regulations;; Conduct risk assessments and support the risk management process to identify and mitigate security threats;; Collaborate with development teams to integrate security measures into software and hardware deployments;; Stay informed about the latest security trends, frameworks, and best practices;; Manage security incidents and lead response efforts in collaboration with relevant teams
