Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, as well as the ability to analyze and mitigate threats to our information systems. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, investigating security breaches, and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data. The role requires a proactive approach to threat detection and a commitment to staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure robust security protocols are in place and will contribute to developing strategies to enhance our security posture.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be tasked with ensuring the integrity and security of our information systems.:

    Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents;; Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses;; Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures;; Work with IT teams to ensure the safe deployment of new technologies;; Prepare reports on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvements
