Director of Cyber Security

Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Director of Cyber Security to lead our cybersecurity initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the establishment and ongoing management of a comprehensive cybersecurity management program. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our organizational resources, assets, and reputation are well protected from potential threats. You will assess the current IT threat landscape and collaborate with executive leadership to determine acceptable risk levels. This involves developing and implementing effective strategies, policies, and initiatives aimed at risk mitigation. You will also oversee compliance with relevant industry regulations, ensuring that our security posture remains robust and effective against evolving threats.

The Director will take charge of evaluating the IT threat landscape and developing necessary security measures.:

    Implement and monitor a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program;; Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent application of security policies and standards;; Act as the spokesperson for cybersecurity issues within the organization;; Lead the information security organization and facilitate risk assessment processes;; Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS;; Conduct regular security assessments, including vulnerability scans and compliance audits
