Group Lead - Cyber Penetration

Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Lead for our Cyber Penetration team based in Dresden, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of a team of cybersecurity experts dedicated to safeguarding our clients' digital assets from evolving cyber threats. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive penetration testing strategies and conducting detailed vulnerability assessments to ensure robust security measures are in place. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment, where you will guide your team through complex projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as the V-model and Automotive SPICE. As a Group Lead, you will oversee various critical tasks within the cybersecurity domain, ensuring the effective functioning of your team.:

    Lead the Cybersecurity Working Group, known as the Blue Team, ensuring the successful execution of its cybersecurity initiatives;; Implement development projects while adhering to the V-model and Automotive SPICE standards;; Delegate tasks within the team, ensuring efficient collaboration with other departments;; Provide disciplinary leadership and cultivate a supportive work environment;; Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and conduct risk assessments
