Head of Red Team Operations

Job Description:

    As the Head of Red Team Operations, you will play a crucial role in enhancing cybersecurity within our organization. Your expertise will guide the design and execution of simulated cyber-attacks, allowing us to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen our defenses. You will lead a skilled team in conducting penetration tests, social engineering, and other forms of testing, ensuring that our systems are secure against the latest threats. Your insights will help shape our cybersecurity strategies, providing comprehensive reports that outline findings and recommend actionable steps for remediation. Collaboration with the Blue Team and other cybersecurity stakeholders will be key to effectively addressing identified vulnerabilities and improving our overall security posture. This role requires staying up-to-date with the latest trends in cybersecurity, as well as developing and maintaining Red Team policies and procedures to ensure a proactive approach to security.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the Red Team operations, ensuring high-quality execution of security engagements.:

    Plan, execute, and oversee simulated attacks on networks, applications, and systems;; Analyze security threats and develop strategies to address them;; Prepare detailed reports on findings and suggest remediation measures;; Collaborate with Blue Team and other security personnel to address vulnerabilities;; Influence and enhance the overall security posture of the organization;; Stay current with trends in cybersecurity threats and countermeasures;; Implement and maintain effective Red Team strategies and policies
