As an Information Security Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass several critical tasks aimed at maintaining and enhancing information security protocols.:
- Maintain and enforce security policies and standards across the organization.;; Ensure compliance with security regulations and frameworks.;; Provide Risk Management Framework services, including circuit/system accreditation.;; Develop and modify Information Assurance security program plans and requirements.;; Create training procedures for system users regarding their information assurance responsibilities.;; Conduct analytical assessments to identify potential security risks.;; Integrate Information Assurance requirements into the Continuity of Operations Plan.;; Monitor and report on compliance with Information Assurance standards.;; Collaborate with system owners to address and resolve security vulnerabilities.
