Job Description:
- We are searching for a dedicated IT Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our organization’s information systems and networks against a multitude of cyber threats. The analyst will be tasked with the ongoing monitoring, analysis, and response to security incidents, as well as the proactive implementation of robust security measures to prevent future security breaches. This position requires a keen understanding of security tools and technologies, as well as the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with various IT teams to ensure that security protocols are integrated across all aspects of the IT infrastructure.

The IT Security Analyst will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our security posture and ensuring compliance with industry standards.:
- Continuously monitor security systems including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and antivirus solutions to detect and respond to potential threats;; Investigate and respond to security incidents such as malware infections and data breaches, collaborating with IT teams for resolution;; Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate security weaknesses;; Perform security audits and assessments to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations, compiling reports and recommendations;; Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures, ensuring employee compliance with security best practices;; Carry out risk assessments to identify potential security risks and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate identified risks;; Provide security awareness training to staff to foster a culture of security within the organization;; Maintain thorough documentation of security incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation efforts;; Collaborate with network administrators, system administrators, and application developers to integrate security into all IT operations;; Stay informed about the latest security trends, threats, and technologies through ongoing training and professional development
