Job Description:
- As a Manager within the Safe@ GSOC team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies that safeguard our digital assets and physical locations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, guiding them in the identification and mitigation of potential risks while fostering a culture of safety and vigilance. This position requires a keen understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, as well as the ability to collaborate across various departments to uphold our commitment to safety. You will also be responsible for monitoring incidents, conducting investigations, and reporting on security metrics to senior management. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our security initiatives and maintaining a secure environment for our employees and customers.

The Manager of Safe@ GSOC will oversee the following key responsibilities::
- Lead and mentor a team of security professionals in day-to-day operations.;; Develop and implement security protocols and response plans.;; Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.;; Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance security measures.;; Manage incident response activities and post-incident reviews.;; Prepare and present reports on security incidents and metrics to stakeholders.;; Stay informed on the latest security trends and technologies.
