Manager, Threat Management & Investigations
Job Description:
- As a key player in safeguarding our talent and content operations, you will oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential threats within the entertainment industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety of our personnel and the protection of our intellectual property. You will engage in comprehensive investigations into security incidents, collaborating with external security agencies and internal teams. Your analytical skills will be vital in assessing threat dynamics and developing proactive measures to maintain a secure environment for all content and publicity operations. Furthermore, you will provide essential guidance and training to talent, showrunners, and crew members, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle any significant threats to their safety. You will also work closely with Legal, HR, and InfoSec teams to drive thorough investigations, including evidence collection and the preparation of detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

The primary responsibilities of the Manager, Threat Management & Investigations include but are not limited to the following::
- Identify and assess relevant threats to content safety and collaborate with regional teams to devise mitigation strategies;; Provide direct support and training to talent and crew on managing safety threats;; Coordinate with Legal, HR, and InfoSec to carry out comprehensive investigations into security incidents;; Support talent protection and contributor care programs in partnership with content and production teams;; Liaise with law enforcement and legal counsel during investigations and threat management efforts;; Oversee contract and vendor resources, developing a robust toolkit for threat management

- Experience in the tech or media/entertainment sectors
- Strong understanding of threat assessment tools and intelligence software
