Job Description:
- As a Network Fraud Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating network fraud risks within the mobile telecommunications sector. Your expertise will contribute to the development and enhancement of anti-fraud strategies and protocols tailored for our clients. You will work to embed effective fraud detection and prevention measures into the mobile network business, ensuring the safeguarding of our operations against potential fraud incidents. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and telecom knowledge in a dynamic, global environment.

The primary focus of this position is to assess and manage network fraud risks while implementing robust fraud prevention programs. You will analyze network traffic, monitor alerts, and respond to potential fraud incidents effectively.:
- Evaluate network fraud risks and design anti-fraud programs;; Monitor alerts and dashboards from the fraud management system;; Modify and create rules in fraud management systems and firewalls;; Analyze fraud incidents, determining root causes and recommending actions;; Report key performance indicators and analyses to management in Europe and Asia;; Collaborate with clients to handle individual fraud cases;; Coordinate with internal teams regarding network traffic and system details;; Work alongside external technical support teams to ensure effective fraud management;; Validate new product implementations during user acceptance testing;; Research and propose new detection methods for system improvements
