Job Description:
- Join our newly established Offensive Security team in Stockholm, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the Purple Teaming function. As a Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal and external penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and enhance the security posture of our IT infrastructure and services. You will collaborate closely with developers, security engineers, and incident responders, ensuring a holistic approach to cybersecurity. Your engagement in red team activities will further strengthen our defenses against potential threats. This position provides you with the unique opportunity to influence and shape your work approach from the very beginning, contributing significantly to our cybersecurity initiatives.

As a Penetration Tester, you will undertake a series of critical tasks that will not only enhance your skills but also significantly contribute to the overall security framework of our organization.:
- Develop and implement the new purple teaming function alongside skilled security engineers.;; Conduct thorough internal and external penetration testing activities, including full stack exploitation across diverse environments such as Windows and Linux.;; Collaborate with developers and engineers to analyze and improve the security posture of software products and infrastructure.;; Stay abreast of emerging security threats and vulnerabilities to proactively address potential risks.;; Assist development and infrastructure teams in enhancing their cybersecurity measures.;; Design and lead targeted red team activities to simulate real-world attacks.;; Conduct scenario-based security testing and purple teaming to identify gaps in detection and response capabilities.
