Job Description:
- As a Safety Analyst, you will be pivotal in promoting and enhancing safety practices within our organization. You will leverage data analytics to identify trends related to workplace incidents, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and develop strategies that foster a culture of safety. Your role will involve collecting and scrutinizing safety data from various sources, including incident reports and audits, to extract actionable insights that can drive improvements in our safety protocols. You will collaborate closely with safety teams and present findings to senior management, helping shape our safety objectives and initiatives. Your analytical skills will be essential in interpreting complex datasets and recommending data-driven changes to enhance workplace safety and compliance.

The Safety Analyst will be responsible for analyzing safety-related data and providing insights to improve workplace safety.:
- Gather and compile safety data from incident reports, inspections, and audits;; Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and potential hazards;; Collaborate with safety teams to develop actionable insights;; Prepare and present safety performance reports to senior management;; Develop visual tools to monitor safety performance;; Work with safety managers to implement data-driven strategies;; Evaluate safety procedures and recommend improvements;; Monitor the effectiveness of safety training programs;; Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations;; Support compliance audits and corrective action plans
