Job Description:

Join our Internal IT team as a Service Desk Technician and be the first line of defense for our employees. In this role, you will address their IT inquiries, tackle technical issues, and ensure that all staff have the necessary tools to excel in their roles. Your responsibilities will range from providing basic computer training to configuring, setting up, and maintaining hardware and software. You will also create training manuals and FAQs to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. This position not only offers a chance to support our mission of preventing cyber breaches but also provides an opportunity to grow and develop within a leading cybersecurity firm.

As a Service Desk Technician, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional support to your colleagues and ensuring a seamless IT experience.:
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, and in-person;; Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner;; Escalate unresolved incidents to higher support tiers as needed;; Keep colleagues updated on the status of their support requests;; Prioritize incoming support tickets based on urgency and impact
