Job Description:
- Join our dynamic and innovative team as a System Network Security Engineer, where you will play a critical role in safeguarding our client's network infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring cybersecurity, enhancing system architecture, and overseeing network administration. In this position, you will lead the deployment of advanced security measures and ensure compliance with industry best practices. You will be responsible for managing the rollout of Cortex technology within the Industrial Automation and Control Systems environment, ensuring that systems are consistently updated, backed up, and fortified against potential threats. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities and implementing robust security protocols, thereby ensuring the integrity and reliability of critical systems.

As a System Network Security Engineer, you will undertake various responsibilities critical to the security and efficiency of our network systems.:
- Lead the deployment of Cortex across the Industrial Automation and Control Systems environment, ensuring optimal security.;; Design, implement, and manage network architecture, including Operational Technology DMZ environments.;; Create and manage downstream WSUS virtual machines, ensuring successful integration and patching.;; Implement security best practices, including restrictions on USB devices and multifactor authentication.;; Ensure offline backups of all critical systems, with regular updates stored securely.;; Develop and execute plans to replace outdated Windows operating systems to align with organizational goals.;; Deploy new virtual machines and Active Directory domain controllers, ensuring secure integration.;; Manage compliance with Hardened Group Policies, performing rigorous testing and gradual rollouts.;; Optimize hardware and software on systems to enhance performance and security.;; Maintain thorough documentation of configurations to ensure accessibility for audits.
