Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer to lead our Information Security efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and advancing our security vision and strategies to protect our vital data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with various business units to align security objectives with overall company goals, effectively communicating complex security concepts in a manner comprehensible to stakeholders. Your leadership will drive the development of robust security measures, risk management processes, and incident response strategies. You will also maintain key relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to security protocols and standards, and manage the overall security posture of our third-party vendors. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential threats while fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

The Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive information security strategy.:
- Define and prioritize information security objectives and initiatives;; Manage relationships across various business units to understand and address security needs;; Advise senior management on security policies and compliance requirements;; Analyze and respond to information security threats and incidents;; Ensure that technologies comply with organizational security standards;; Liaise with external auditors and regulators to validate security controls;; Oversee the budget and financial forecasting for information security initiatives;; Conduct assessments of third-party security practices;; Lead security assessments based on ISO, SOC, SOX, HIPAA, and NIST frameworks
