Job Description:
- As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire data lifecycle of our sales and marketing datasets. Your main responsibility will be to provide valuable insights that support our go-to-market department. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, enhancing our reporting platform while proactively driving business initiatives. In this dynamic environment, you will juggle multiple tasks, applying a data-driven approach to ensure the overall success of the organization. This position demands not only technical expertise but also a keen ability to communicate effectively across teams.

You will be responsible for overseeing the complete data value creation process for our sales and marketing data.:
- Serve as a central interface, working closely with departments such as Product and Customer Success to monitor KPIs and identify benchmarks.;; Advise business stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams through structured requirement engineering.;; Develop KPIs, connect data sources (ETL), expand our data model, and enhance our self-service reporting platform using BigQuery and Looker.;; Visualize data and conduct in-depth analyses while writing stakeholder enablement materials.;; Facilitate onboarding and training sessions, as well as KPI workshops to strengthen our data culture.;; Independently identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scaling.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two to four years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Consulting, or Data Engineering.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence and Dashboarding tools such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik, along with strong SQL skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and project management.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing and CRM data, preferably with HubSpot.
- An open, proactive, and communicative nature with a keen eye for detail and quick comprehension.
- A structured, independent working style that allows you to oversee multiple topics while maintaining focus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in German is an advantage.
