Job Description:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will engage in various tasks to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.:

    Conduct comprehensive data analysis to provide insights for business strategies.;; Develop and maintain visual dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.;; Design and implement metrics to evaluate and improve performance.;; Collaborate with different teams to create effective business intelligence solutions.;; Identify underlying issues contributing to non-performance and propose solutions.;; Drive initiatives that enhance data accessibility and usability across the organization.;; Provide integrated business planning, including supplier forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, statistics, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI and SAP, especially in production planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Solid understanding of process mapping and metric development.
