Job Description:

    Join a dynamic and innovative SaaS AI start-up that is experiencing rapid growth as a Customer Data Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of the Customer Success team at Sift Lab, where you will help retail and e-commerce companies leverage cutting-edge AI technology to predict and optimize their business strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new clients by configuring data imports and setting up essential analytics features, such as AI-driven segmentations and recommendations across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to create tailored value realization roadmaps for clients, ensuring they achieve optimal results from the platform. Additionally, you will provide expert consultation on new use cases, refine existing segmentations and recommendations, and address complex technical inquiries. As you engage with clients, you will continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement effective service management practices. Your contributions will also extend to developing innovative analytical solutions based on customer feedback, enhancing the overall capabilities of the Sift Lab platform.

As a Customer Data Analyst, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at maximizing client satisfaction and success.:

    Onboard new clients, including setting up data configurations and analytics features;; Work with Account Managers to develop a customer-specific roadmap for value realization;; Consult clients on implementing new use cases and optimizing existing analytics;; Address and resolve complex technical queries from clients;; Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement best practices;; Develop new analytical solutions based on client feedback to enhance platform capabilities
