In this role, you will ensure our platform maximizes client value, working on technical onboarding, implementation of new features, ongoing user support, and driving the analytics roadmap tailored to each client’s needs.

As a Customer Data Analyst, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at delivering outstanding customer success through our platform.:

    Onboard new clients by configuring data imports and exports and setting up critical analytics features;; Collaborate with the Account Manager to create a value realization roadmap for clients, prioritizing the implementation of use cases;; Advise clients on innovative use cases and optimize new segmentation strategies and recommendations;; Address complex technical inquiries and provide effective solutions;; Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in service management;; Develop new analytical solutions based on client feedback to enhance platform capabilities
