Job Description:

    As a Data Analyst, you will be integral to our mission of enhancing healthcare delivery through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify analytical requirements, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate complex data findings into actionable strategies that can drive business growth and operational efficiency. You will be expected to support ongoing growth initiatives by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for referral strategy improvements. Your expertise in data will help us address inconsistencies and inaccuracies within our data platform, ensuring that we maintain high-quality data standards. Additionally, you will develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear insights that aid in decision-making processes.

The primary responsibilities of the Data Analyst include collaborating with stakeholders, conducting data analyses, and developing insights to support business strategies.:

    Engage with business and agency stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their analytical needs.;; Develop KPIs to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.;; Analyze market data to identify trends and gaps in coverage.;; Conduct root cause analysis to resolve data inconsistencies.;; Create, automate, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
