In this role, you will work closely with various cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can enhance business growth and operational efficiency. You will be expected to standardize and solidify data processes to ensure high-quality data management across the organization, assist in developing business reporting systems, and increase the availability and automation of data. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in investigating and troubleshooting data discrepancies, participating in system testing phases, and contributing to the planning of design and implementation tasks. This position requires not only technical proficiency but also the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing data processes and reporting systems.:

Standardize and solidify data processes and quality within the organization;; Assist in the development of business reporting systems;; Increase data availability, standardization, and automation processes;; Investigate and troubleshoot data issues and anomalies;; Participate in all phases of system testing across multiple teams;; Complete estimates and work plans during Program Increment meetings for various tasks
