Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in our team by collaborating closely with product teams to assess and quantify the impact of their initiatives. This position requires proficiency in utilizing Google BigQuery for data analysis and leveraging Tableau to create insightful dashboards for stakeholders to explore data comprehensively. The ideal candidate will also engage in automating various processes that stakeholders regularly perform, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. A key aspect of this role involves building robust data pipelines, from crafting SQL queries to developing informative Tableau reports. The Data Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing tables in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and scheduling data queries to ensure timely updates. Attention to detail is crucial, as the analyst must carefully consider naming conventions for tables and fields, maintain clean and well-structured code, and design user-friendly dashboards. The ability to narrate data stories effectively is essential to communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for various key tasks that contribute to data-driven decision-making and process optimization.:

Conduct a comprehensive review of existing Tableau dashboards to identify opportunities for consolidation and improvement.;; Collaborate with data architects to understand and enhance data workflows from SQL to Tableau.;; Work closely with stakeholders to automate routine processes and create impactful dashboards that drive business insights.;; Provide proactive recommendations to stakeholders, moving beyond simple feature requests to suggest innovative solutions.;; Prepare and deliver presentations to team members and leadership, showcasing findings and analytics on a monthly basis.
