Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Solna, Stockholm County. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on website performance, specifically analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and various performance metrics. You will play a crucial role in optimizing user experience by analyzing user journeys and interactions on the website, which directly impacts conversion rates. This position involves designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests to ensure continuous optimization of our website's performance. As a Data Analyst, you will be expected to proactively identify areas where data may be missing or inaccurate, which is essential for trustworthy and comprehensible analysis. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the product team, including designers and product managers, to pinpoint improvement areas and provide guidance in prioritization and UX design decisions. As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include the analysis of website performance and user behavior to optimize the overall user experience.:
- Conduct thorough analysis of website traffic and performance metrics;; Design and implement A/B tests to assess user experience enhancements;; Collaborate with product teams to identify areas for improvement;; Iterate on A/B tests to continuously enhance website performance;; Proactively identify gaps in data accuracy and address them;; Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
