Job Description:

    Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst, where you will play an integral role in transforming data into actionable insights that enhance the overall experience for both members and providers in the healthcare insurance sector. This position is primarily remote but requires candidates to reside in Hawaii and work within the Hawaii time zone. You will collaborate closely with a small team, driving business initiatives and optimizing processes to create high-value analytics that align with enterprise and clinical integration goals. Your expertise in data collection, analysis, and interpretation will be crucial as you identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate effective communication across various departments. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing and presenting data in a visually appealing manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on your analytical findings.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing data-driven decision-making processes within the organization.:

    Understand and align with the goals and operational needs of business units;; Identify and create high-value analytics and information;; Develop comprehensive data and analytical requirements;; Prepare and present actionable information in an accessible format;; Gather and synthesize information from multiple sources for meaningful insights;; Facilitate communication among clinical integration and various departments;; Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive strategic initiatives
