This position necessitates a strong foundation in product and web analytics, alongside hands-on experience with tools such as Heap, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and GA4, integrated with platforms like Freshpaint or Tealium. You will collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional consulting team, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions, elevate digital experiences, and drive measurable success for our healthcare clients.

As a Data Analyst II, you will engage in various crucial tasks that include analytics implementation, data analysis, and client communication.:
- Set up and maintain tracking on healthcare websites and mobile apps to capture key data points throughout user journeys.;; Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and test tags and scripts using tools like Freshpaint or Tealium, ensuring accurate and HIPAA-compliant data collection.;; Design and uphold tracking plans, including event naming conventions and data taxonomies.;; Analyze web and product analytics data to discern user behavior patterns and identify conversion trends for optimization.;; Develop insights, dashboards, and regular reports utilizing platforms like GA4, Heap, and Adobe CJA, ensuring clarity for healthcare stakeholders.;; Utilize SQL for querying, cleaning, and transforming large datasets to facilitate detailed analyses.
