Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Data and Reporting Analyst with a proven track record in utilizing reporting tools to develop and enhance dashboards that provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large datasets and executing thorough data analysis, especially in the context of Human Capital Management projects. Your primary responsibility will include the creation of detailed business reports that highlight key data metrics and trends, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. This role also requires a strong foundation in delivering analytics and reporting solutions that drive organizational success. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential for this position.
