Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing process structures, turning intricate topics into clear and comprehensible processes, and integrating them into an efficient overall concept. You will lead transformation projects to promote continuous progress through targeted changes in change management. Additionally, you will manage finances effectively, providing cost oversight and ensuring results through precise budgeting, variance analysis, and IT expenditure forecasting. Your expertise will also be crucial in optimizing IT controlling, utilizing your knowledge in product organization to enhance financial governance and monitoring. Furthermore, you will prepare management reports and maintain stakeholder relationships, delivering concise reports and steering strategic stakeholder management.

- Create and optimize process structures to streamline operations, Lead transformation initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, Manage and oversee financial aspects through accurate budgeting and analysis, Enhance IT controlling through expert knowledge in product organization, Prepare management reports and engage in effective stakeholder management

- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in SAP CO/FI
- Experience with PowerPivot for data analysis
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as JIRA and Confluence
