Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in providing essential technical and financial insights to aid in the planning and efficient operation of our business. This position involves leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and enhance business performance. The Jr. Data Analyst will be the primary contact for reporting across various business units, ensuring that data-driven insights are developed to meet complex business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be adept at SQL querying, allowing them to extract and manipulate data from multiple platforms. You will also execute validation checks to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, collaborate with leadership to design innovative solutions, and produce clear and compelling reports, graphs, and presentations that effectively communicate analytic findings. A focus on clarity, context, and relevance in your analysis is essential, as you will be expected to draw connections between your insights and business strategy shifts. This role requires proactive communication regarding project progress and roadblocks, as well as the ability to maintain documentation that outlines project goals, methodologies, and outcomes. Additionally, you will work closely with IT and business teams to establish reporting governance using business intelligence tools.
