In the Operations, Engineering, AI & Data team, we support clients in driving strategic transformation projects through the implementation of business strategies and the enhancement of operational capabilities to help them achieve their objectives. We are involved in operational change, leveraging industry-specific solutions and technical expertise to transform, modernize, and optimize clients' processes and technological platforms. The AI & Data team empowers clients to enhance decision-making through data-driven insights, creating insights-driven organizations with the help of AI, analytics, and data. Our focus is on the technical implementation of solutions involving AI, cloud data platforms, data warehousing, business intelligence, and data management, alongside providing advisory services in these areas. We also emphasize on-the-job training where you will grow into more responsible roles while receiving further education on various technical platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. Our Nordic organization boasts a wealth of knowledge and expertise, allowing you to participate in projects, communities, and training with your Nordic colleagues. Our work primarily revolves around innovative organizational change, focusing on the banking and insurance sectors, where we collaborate with some of the largest banks and insurance companies in the Nordics, as well as the healthcare sector. As an Analyst, you will drive analytical work, support the development of presentation materials, and work closely with your team to ensure the client’s successful transformation journey. This role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues across different industries while addressing exciting technical and business challenges.

As a Junior Analyst, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting our clients in their transformations.:
