The maintenance department has established a central process for executing maintenance work on site, called Plant Maintenance and Work Clearance Management. The department has identified variations in the process execution across power stations, and we are interested in identifying the deviations between sites on effective measures, activities, and recommendations to improve conformance and to prepare the process for the S4 Hana Transformation. Recorded data from SAP can be utilized to apply existing process mining techniques for checking process conformance and comparing plants.:

Evaluate whether additional power plants align with the current process model and update it as necessary, Conduct a detailed analysis of the differences between various power plants and the existing process model using both established and innovative process comparison techniques, Identify a potential harmonized approach for managing maintenance orders to facilitate migration to S4
