In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming customer interactions through data insights. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop measurement strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring data accessibility, and creating impactful self-service analytics solutions.:
- Extract insights from complex datasets;; Collaborate with product management, engineering, and UX teams;; Prepare, validate, and clean data for analysis;; Design and implement measurement strategies;; Analyze customer satisfaction metrics to drive improvements
