Job Description:
- As a pivotal member of the Marketing Analyst team at Sojern, you will contribute significantly to the enhancement and validation of innovative capabilities within Sojern's marketing platform. This role is ideal for a meticulous and analytical SEM specialist who is not only detail-oriented but also deeply knowledgeable in performance marketing. You will work collaboratively with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Applied Scientists to shape the product roadmap and optimize performance for thousands of clients. Your expertise in SEM platforms, combined with your proficiency in SQL and Tableau, will enable you to make data-driven decisions independently. The position requires you to monitor and analyze key performance metrics, conduct thorough research to uncover automation opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends to refine strategies effectively. You will also assess performance opportunities within the product and provide valuable insights that drive continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of analytical tasks aimed at driving performance improvements and optimizing marketing campaigns. You will be expected to collaborate with various teams to enhance the efficiency of Sojern’s AI marketing products.:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance.;; Utilize analytical tools to track and report on key performance metrics.;; Conduct research to identify opportunities for SEM optimization.;; Stay abreast of industry developments and search engine algorithm changes.;; Provide feedback and training on new features to peer analysts.;; Execute A/B tests and analyze outcomes for ongoing campaign optimization.
