As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include guiding the team through daily tasks, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.:
- Lead the agile team in daily operational activities;; Establish and communicate shared goals and future plans;; Enable a data-driven work approach across the organization;; Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project participants, and team members;; Identify and address obstacles faced by the team;; Enhance workflows and processes for improved efficiency
