As a Cloud Operations engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of our SaaS services in a standardized and structured manner to clients worldwide. Your role will involve managing our systems to ensure optimal performance for end-users. You will also focus on automation to enhance delivery efficiency while minimizing the risk of manual errors. Your work will take place in a complex environment requiring a broad understanding of skills ranging from virtualization, operating systems, and networking to scripting, alongside knowledge of Sectra's products.:

Manage daily operations of virtual systems focusing on stability and performance;; Install, maintain, and upgrade Sectra's medical IT products;; Continuously learn about IT environments, complex databases, virtual servers, networking, cloud solutions, and integrations between various healthcare systems;; Engage in troubleshooting and problem resolution to drive the development of our services forward;; Implement automation strategies to improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
