Job Description:

Key Responsibilities::
- Analyze external tenders and requests for proposals to comprehend client requirements and evaluation criteria., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile comprehensive bid responses that align with client objectives., Review, negotiate, and manage contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards., Develop persuasive proposals that showcase the company's strengths and unique value propositions., Conduct risk assessments related to bids and contracts, providing insights to senior management., Work with finance and relevant departments to create accurate cost models and pricing strategies for bids., Manage timelines and deadlines for bid submissions, ensuring timely and quality responses., Engage with sales, legal, technical, and operational teams to gather necessary inputs for bid preparation., Perform thorough reviews of bid responses for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client expectations., Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and foster a client-centric approach., Evaluate and enhance bid processes by incorporating lessons learned from past bids.
