Join our IT team and support us at the earliest possible date in Germany as a DevOps Engineer. As a member of our Platform Engineering Team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and platform products that power our business solutions. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide golden paths and blueprints to streamline deployment processes, reduce complexity, and accelerate deployment times.

As a DevOps Engineer, your key responsibilities will include::

Designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions., Maintaining and optimizing the deployment processes., Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities., Automating workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks., Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Several years of experience in DevOps
• Platform Engineering
• or a similar role.
• Education: A degree in computer science or information technology
• or equivalent training.
• Skills: Proficiency with Kubernetes
• Docker
• and container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• GitHub Actions
• ArgoCD
• or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• as well as monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace or Grafana.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash and Python for automation.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms like AWS
• GCP
• or Azure.
• Familiarity with Confluent Kafka
• Google Apigee
• and/or Lobster is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Mindset: Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• Communication: Ability to understand and present complex ideas in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
