As a member of the Aon Graduate Programme, you will take on significant responsibilities that involve hands-on engagement with data and application development. You will work on business-sponsored projects that enhance your skill set while contributing to meaningful outcomes. The role includes participation in Agile scrum-based projects, where you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative data solutions. You will also have the chance to network with a diverse cohort of graduates across the EMEA region, participating in kickoff and completion ceremonies.:
