Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in our organization focused on optimizing automation, enhancing processes, and facilitating migrations within a comprehensive suite of data collection and reporting applications. This position is critical to ensuring that our educational institutions and stakeholders receive secure, high-quality technical solutions. As a vital member of our team, you will drive our DevOps strategies, mentor developers, and be at the forefront of our initiatives to migrate applications from TFS and Azure DevOps to GitHub. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide teams through significant DevOps transformations, emphasizing best practices and innovative solutions.

As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for shaping the DevOps strategy while balancing hands-on technical work and leadership. You will lead the migration of applications, establish automated processes, and mentor development teams to adopt best practices.:

    Lead the strategy for DevOps, focusing on automating CI/CD pipelines and establishing best practices.;; Oversee the migration of applications from TFS and Azure DevOps to GitHub, ensuring a smooth transition.;; Build scalable, automated solutions for builds, testing, and deployments while optimizing release processes.;; Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and improvement.;; Integrate security scanning tools into the development pipeline and enhance code quality through automated practices.;; Support cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure, while being knowledgeable in Infrastructure as Code.
