Primary Purpose and Overall Significance for the Organization::

    Assist in defining and planning the Career Framework and Career Track deliverables as part of the transformation initiative., Ensure that the project plan incorporates all requirements related to deliverables and adheres to established timelines., Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including functional teams and business leaders, to identify dependencies related to Career Framework and Career Tracks., Facilitate workshops and engage with key stakeholders to validate the enterprise Job Architecture in alignment with the Career Framework and Career Tracks., Lead the creation of career tracks for Job Roles, based on overarching skills and competencies, including the identification of required levels of seniority., Maintain proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders about any challenges that may affect various aspects of the project., Participate in quality management reviews to ensure deliverables meet specified requirements and implement improvements where necessary., Assist in mapping future Job Roles to their corresponding seniority levels within the Career Track., Contribute to defining and outlining skills and competencies for each level in accordance with the Career and Levelling Framework., Monitor project progress to identify limitations and seek solutions for more efficient processes., Track project variables, such as effort and scope, against the project plan to implement corrective or preventative actions., Support risk management efforts to minimize potential project risks and report escalations to sponsors when needed., Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance., Aid in developing internal communication strategies to ensure smooth interactions among various departments within the organization., Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies., Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs while addressing any dependency issues collaboratively., Create transparency across key initiatives within the transformation program, including project goals, benefits, current status, and resource constraints.

Qualifications:
