Job Description:

Our mission is to empower accommodation providers by allowing them to build a technology stack that enhances both guest and staff experiences. With a platform composed of over 35 microservices communicating primarily through Kafka, we leverage cutting-edge technologies such as .NET, Amazon SQS, PostgreSQL, Terraform, DataDog, and Docker, all deployed on ECS. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our services, affording you the opportunity to witness firsthand how your contributions impact customers around the globe. Your expertise will help us maintain high availability and optimize our production environment, making it a pivotal position within our agile team.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of our production environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our services.:

    Monitor system availability and performance metrics;; Participate in on-call rotations to address incidents;; Optimize system performance and improve monitoring practices;; Drive best practices for incident management across the organization;; Develop software and systems to manage platform infrastructure;; Collaborate with teams to resolve production and customer issues;; Analyze and troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure problems
