As a Team Lead, you will guide and support your platform engineering team in their daily operations.:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 14 platform engineers to ensure smooth operation and scalability of our platform., Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development., Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery of platform services., Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based infrastructure on Azure., Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters., Develop and implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automation, and configuration management., Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • or ELK stack is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and German.
